Skillet Parmesan Zucchini

You need:

1/2 lb. wheat pasta, uncooked    1 small red pepper chopped   1 small onion chopped

4 small zucchini thinly sliced   1/2 cup spaghetti sauce  3/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese

2 tbl spoons grated parmesan cheese.

1. cook spaghetti     2. meanwhile cook onion and pepers in skillet for 5 min. 3. Add zucchini cook 2 min.

4. Stir in sauce, cover. cook 8 min. 5. Top with cheese cook, covered 1 min.  6. Drain spaghetti

place on platter top with sauce.

290 calories per serving,  3.5 g fat,  470mg sodium, 49 g carbs, 17g protein
