Functional Training:
Continuous movement through wide range of motion. This involves rhythmic motion in the three cardinal planes of movement: Sagital, Frontal, and Transverse. Increase the coordination between the nervous and muscular system.

Sports Specific Training:
Help athletes to increase strength, speed, and agility. Improve overall performance.

Cardio Endurance:
Cardio workouts designed to increase endurance and lung capacity.

Competition Prep:
Preparing for a bodybuilding or figure competition takes special diet plans accompanied with specific training programs. I assist with the diet, workouts, posing and routines.
